Location is really good. It takes only 5 minutes to walk from the Labuan Ferry Terminal to reach Uncles place. If you happen to come by air, the airport is only 5 minutes by taxi, or if one feels like walking, it's a mere 2.5km away.
The Backpacker is located strategically within 5 minutes walking distance from the Ferry Terminal. It's near Utama Jaya Supermarket. On the ground floor there is Olympic Pool & Snooker Center. On the 1st floor, there is a bistro where you can have food and drinks. Uncles place is on 2nd floor
One thing you should know about Uncles place is that, there is no smoking, except on a nice terrace, with great sunset view, where one can smoke as much as one likes.
