Rochester is one of the more historic properties in Mid City Los Angeles, and is for students, backpackers, and travelers on a budget. After an extensive restoration, our property will prove to be second to none for your Los Angeles experience.

Our booking fees are per person and include: WiFi, cable, utilities and we also provide a complimentary breakfast. Towels available upon request.

Our homes are fully furnished, Utilities and monthly groceries are on us. We provide your Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner - so there isn't a need to eat out unless you want to. With us you will return home with more money in your pocket. We want you to enjoy your time in California - rather than return home crying about how much money you've spent. Sorry, no drugs or alcohol, no overnight guests, no animals allowed inside the house, no children under the age of 17 (unless they are auditioning for an act in Hollywood).
There are no curfews, but please be respectful of the others that are sleeping.
For $50 we have Staff Members that will pick you up from LAX Airport.
