Got a private room, in 14 days I had to ask them to clean the carpet and when I asked the second day, the housekeeping said "NO, WE ONLY TAKE OUT THE TRASH".
Hi and thanks for taking the time to leave us that feedback! I am sorry if there was a miscommunication between you and our staff. With Private rooms we typically service the room every 3-5 days for long term guests. In the event you wanted it serviced more often you only had to ask our reception staff and it would most certainly have been promptly dealt with! In any event, it was a pleasure having you guys stay with us and it is unfortunate that this minor miscommunication adversly affected your stay with us. We would love to welcome you back here at BASE St Kilda sometime soon! boa sorte com suas viagens!
