We are located at 5 minutes walk from Nagano station.
There are bus stops nearby where you can go to Hakuba, Togakushi, Shiga, Monkey Park, Kamikochi, Matsumoto, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka etc.
You can walk to Zenkoji.

You may be able to drop your luggage before 16:00.

A supermarket is within 1minute.
We have male-dorms and a female-dorm and private rooms.
'Standard' rooms/dorms are quiet and have air-con. 'Basic' rooms/dorm are a bit noisy.
No smoking in the building. You can smoke outside or on the rooftop.
No smoking inside the building. You can only smoke at the rooftop where you have to walk up to above 5F.
In addition to checking-in during our open hours of 16:00-21:00, you can drop your luggage before 16:00 or check-in between 21:00-23:30. Please show your arrival time. The staff were excellent. The place was rundown & luckily the trains don\'t run too late because the place has a view of the train tracks. At least you can get there easily from the station.There was no running water on our floor. The linen was clean but the room very old. The hostel is very poor value & much cheaper there than via this website. The people you meet in the backpackers because of the communal living & the shared info on the walls & the very nice staff are its redeeming features, Melinda, from Australia ~ 9th Oct 2012
