Any cancellations must be notified at least 72 hours in advance of your day of arrival, otherwise the first night stay will be charged. If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will not be refunded but can be transferred if there is room availability.

Check in is from 2pm, checkout is 12 midday.

Directions:
Approximately 2 mins. walk from Rota do Sol/Route of the Sun in Ponta Negra.
From roundabout at beginning of Rota do Sol (also known as Av. Estrela do Mar): at first set of traffic lights turn right into Avenida Praia de Buzios. Take the first turning on the right and then the first left into Rua Praia de Touros. The house no. 9167 with a high white wall, is the second house on right side. There are many bus stops closeby: buses taking you into centre of town, to the south beaches and to the rodoviaria (national bus depot, bus 66.. Taxis from the airport charge R$30 to Ponta Negra, and approximately R$20 from the rodoviaria. The price can be a little higher at night. We recommend you arrange a fixed rate with driver beforehand.

If you arrive more than one hour after the latest arrival time of 2400 hours: after 0100 hours an extra inconvenience charge of R$25 will be added to the balance of payment upon arrival.
