The Ottawa Backpackers Inn is safe, clean, friendly and fun.
We are centrally located and are close to almost all tourist attractions including the Parliament, Rideau Canal, Byward Market, the University of Ottawa, and 24hr supermarket. We are also near many pubs/bars and restaurants, and much more.
We have a fully equipped kitchen and offer free tea and coffee. The 24-hour supermarket is only a two minute walk away.
We have free WiFi and free lockers (guests provide their own locks or we sell them for $2).
All tax (13%) included in the price (no extra charges).
No added membership fee.
All bedding is provided for free.
Check-In is welcome from 12pm - 12am.
Parking possible for $7 per night.

Very nice hostel in Ottawa Dowtown, close to main touristic points. And very clean (you'll have to take off yours shoes at the entrance), staff is very kind. I recommend ! aoi, from France ~ 18th May 2013

I didn't stay long enough to really enjoy the place or get the real atmosphere. But that night i spend definitely encourage me to book again when i come back to Ottawa. The rooms are really nice. I was in a 10-bed room and was pleasantly surprised by the space available with also a little table stand and reading light and electric plug on each bed.
