The Guesthouse has :3 independent double rooms with private bathrooms (shower), TV, fan, hot water boiler with complimentary daily refilled coffee and tea.
The Guesthouse has been accurately restored maintaining the ancient medieval structure of the building; it still has wooden beams on the ceiling and tiles typical of the past.

As car traffic is not allowed in the historic center, we offer free transport of your luggage from/to your car

The room is very clean with extental bathroom,the wifi is excellent,and host is very nice to show us the supermarket and restaurant.She pick up us at the main gate of San Gimignano and show us the free parking place,when we check out she send us to get the car.The only weak point is the room is a little small,but for the price it is value.I love this B&B and will come back someday.
