The hotel Katerina and John, offering the lowest prices for private rooms, is located on the island of Santorini. We are in the heart of the beautiful town of Perissa and only a few meters away from the beach. Perissa is known worldwide for its black beaches and sunny days. Our hotel offers you an unforgettable vacation in a very clean and safe enviroment at an economical price.
There is also free transport provided by John from the ferry port with private room stays, also John provides free transport to the ferry port with private room stays of 3 or more nights.
Beyond the renting of our rooms at our hotel, we also provide atv, scooter, and bicycle rentals. Matrix, an internet cafe, that provides you with all of your computer and internet needs is located on the hotel premise with free wifi.
The rooms are spacious and clean, ready to serve from one to six people comfortably. Amenities can include televisions, kitchenettes, air conditioning, refrigerators and balconies at no additional expense along with usage of our pool (seasonal).

John will pick you up upon your arrival and take you to the port when leaving. They are super friendly and nice! Nice& clean room. There is a swimming pool to use! You have to rent a bike to move through Santorini. There are big problems with buses. But if you have to find a remote place to just rest - its very good. The distance to sea is average, and very far to the city, because there are no straight roads here. The hostel is very cheap, all main facilities exists, buth there are no Internet at all. You can ask hotel owner for a ride to/from port and to the capital. I think that installing air condition just above bed could be problematic to one's heal Dimitry, from Belarus ~ 20th Feb 2013
