Mangolo hostel-Angkor is proudly run by the descendants of the Angkor architects and owned by a collective of local emerging entrepreneurs focused on providing much needed sustainable employment opportunities and valuable work experience to local young people and members of the local rural community.
It is situated in pleasant surroundings just a few minutes on foot from ‘Wat Damnak’ (Damnak Buddhist Temple), the renowned ‘Pub Street’ , the exciting Old Market of Siem Reap and also ideally located a short distance from the U.N.E.S.C.O. World Heritage Site of the Angkor Temple complex.
We are proud to provide a low cost -high quality accommodation experience whilst being mutually beneficial to the local economy.

lovely hostel with great staff and a pool table which is awesome!very chilled out and relaxing stay here with a social atmosphere.worth the 2.50 dollars a night. Aidan, from Ireland ~ 13th Feb 2013

Away from the crowded streets of the town, but the second floor with mattresses somehow I didn't enjoy, too hot and some cockroaches visited us in the night, but a good value for the money, very nice staff and a pool table in the first floor. Kristaps, from Latvia ~ 25th Feb 2013
