Mercury Backpackers' Hostel was introduced with a group of business partners which wanted to cater cheaper and much better accommodation for Backpackers/tourists. They personally have surveyed numbers of Backpackers Hostels in Singapore and finds that such visitors deserved to have a much better accommodation environment. This led to the setting up of Mercury Backpackers' Hostel.

Mercury Backpackers' Hostel is the largest backpackers hostel in the vicinity of Lavender Street of Singapore. The hostel located in the heart of Singapore, which convenient to get to any parts or tourist attractions in Singapore. The nearest MRT station; Lavender MRT station is just 2-3 minutes walking distance from the hostel. The hostel is just beside the main road of Lavender Street, thus flagging for cab is easy task and even there are public bus-stops at both sides of the road that can fetch you to various parts of Singapore.

The hostel is a new hostel establishment and it's a 4 storey building painted with fresh and lively colour. Our theme of colour is Orange; it's symbolizing 'Brightly life'. The hostel can easily accommodate more than 90 patrons; entire premise are equipped with security cameras and is fire safety certified. The hostel is newly opened; majority stuffs are brand new conditions. It's rooms are designed with different theme and can accommodate 3 to 6 persons. Special rooms are also reserved for Small family and Female patrons only. All bedding set used is equivalent to the standard of 4-5 stars hotel. Wooden bed frame was introduced to prevent noise disturbance and patrons will be issued with individual cupboard for safe-keeping of belongings, the cupboard came with a special Magnetic Key Tag scan lock. Furthermore, personal Reading light, shelves and charging socket was given too. The hostel constructed plenty of shared showers & toilets on every level and there are equipped with hot/cold water, the washing basin does attach with Hair-blower devices, coin-operated washing machine was attached too. The reception lobby was catered vending machines for Cold/Hot drinks, snacks & convenience items for purchase, thus we do provide Cold/Hot water and used of our microwave oven for free.

The hostel reception is operating round the clock; 24 Hours and unlimited Questions & Advices can be probe to our super-friendly staffs. There are phone-intercom services to reception on every level.
CCTVs parts. The premise are equipped with 'WIFI' and unlimited FREE internet access available, additional of desktop computers was catered for those who did not bring along their computer. To create more interaction, we created bonding corner/area on all levels. We do not include breakfast .

The most attraction from the hostel is the 6 persons Relaxation Jacuzzi Pool on the roof-top garden, besides the garden was specially designed with Sun-Tanning beds and BBQ equipments also available.
We may have the best accommodation, security system and facilities provided but the most important for us is to provide the best services to ensure you have the best, cozy, clean and comfortable stay with us during your visit.
