We are in an interesting part of town near city center, Tartu University and river Emajõgi. All apartments are in one big house and have own entrance from street, kitchen, WC/shower. Private garden corner and free car parking front of house in street. TV and computer with free internet connection or use your own laptop (wifi) in every apartment.
You have self-service accommodation with fridge, electric stove, microwave, utensils, automatic washing machine, bed-linen/towels and more. No luxury, but you have all what you need for living. No smoking apartments, smoking only outside of rooms. No breakfast because you have your own kitchen in apartment.
