1st thing's 1st: don't be alarmed if you're not in the main building, there are two properties. I stayed in the one that wasn't the main office. The staff's very friendly & helpful. The location is right near the metro (2 blocks) but parts of the neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy. Security was a bit lax, but nothing came of it & the people I bunked with were great! Wonderful atmosphere, good people, this was my first hostel (solo too) & it made me want to stay at more! I'd totally recommend it! Tara, from USA ~ 19th May 2013
