From Barcelona Airport:
The best way is to take the 'Cercanias' train R2 towards Barcelona, the third stop is Sants Station. It runs from 05:42 until 23:38 every half hour. (20-25 minutes' ride).
For this journey you can already buy a ticket called T-10 (ten journeys) at the vending machines, this is the best ticket for your travels in Barcelona, it's valid for every public transport.
There is also the Aerobus (blue) that goes from the Airport to Plaa Catalunya and then, Sants Station. This one takes a bit longer because it goes to the city centre and back, and its more expensive.
Once at Sants Station, get out of the Station by Plaza Joan Peir (exit next to McDonald's), turn right after crossing the traffic lights at Carrer Comtes de Belloch and then turn left on the third street, it's Melcior de Palau, we are at number 70-74, first floor. (five minutes, allow two more if you carry a big bag!) Just on the corner with Galileo Street.
From Girona Airport:
Take the Barcelona Bus outside the airport and stop at Barcelona Estaci del Nord.
From Nord Station: There you'll find metro L1 at Arc de Triumf, take it and stop at Plaa de Sants. (15 minutes)
Get out of the station, walk up towards Plaa de Sants and take Galileo Street (by Pans & Company sandwich shop), walk Galileo until the third street on your right its Melcior de Palau, at this block you'll find number 70-74. (5 minutes), just on the corner with Galileo Street.
From Frana Station:
Most trains will arrive to Barcelona Sants, but due to extension works some international trains have been diverted to Estacin de Franca.
If you are not lucky and arrive there, dont panic, there is a new train service from Frana Station to Sants Station, is the service that covers the line Barcelona- Airport (R2) stoping at Sants Station. It runs from 5:00 to l 23:50 every half hour.

You can also take the metro at Barceloneta L4 and change in Verdaguer for L5 that will take you straight to Sants Station. (30 minutes' ride)

Get out of the Station by Plaza Joan Peir (by the taxis), turn right after crossing the traffic lights at Carrer Comtes de Belloch and then turn left on the third street, its Melcior de Palau, we are at number 70-74. (five minutes, allow two more if you carry a big bag!) Just on the corner with Galileo Street.
By bus:
International buses arrive to Sants Station and most national ones stop at both Sants and Nord station, to know how to get to the hostel from both stations, look above!!
