Take train or bus 292 to Main Train Station (Dworzec Glowny), walk to the east part of the station and then walk to the Wita Stwosza Street, walk another few minutes and turn left to Rakowiecka Street. Here walk 240m to the hostel or take tram number 2 - one stop (you can buy tickets in any kiosk with newpapers)

Fallow the instructions from above.
