We offer a FREE airport pick up from Tullamarine for all guests who stay 3 or more consecutive nights. If you arrive between 5am and 9pm you can catch the STAR BUS from Bus Zone 5 (out the front of the Qantas Domestic terminal). You need to call Starbus when you arrive to book. You can use the free phone on the hotel accommodation boards located at Virgin Domestic or the international terminals. Or you can call them on 8378 8700. The bus leaves approximately every 30 minutes. Tickets are $10 per person however if you stay 3 or more nights this will be refunded on check-in. You must provide us with the receipt from the bus driver and please note, this only applies for the Star Bus service.

Outside of these hours jump on a Skybus (operates 24 hours a day) to Southern Cross Station. Tickets are $16 per person.

From Southern Cross Station
The easiest way to us from Southern Cross Station is by taxi. This will cost approximately $10. You can also get the free City Circle Tram from the front of the station and get off at the corner of Queen and LaTrobe Street. Then walk up one block to Franklin and turn right. We're at 167 Franklin St.
