From Train Station and Bus Station:
Take tram #52 or #10. After 3-4 stops get off at Stradom. Tickets cost PLN2.80 (students PLN1.40). An extra ticket is needed for large backpacks.
From the airport:
There is a shuttle bus that takes you to a train that goes to the main train station; buy a ticket on the train for 1.
Alternately, a taxi will cost about PLN50 (13). Prices shown at current exchange rate as of April 2007.
