The girl that was working at the reception was not very friendly and she did not give us a lot of information when we arrived. Normally I never add the additional comments, but on this case I decided to open an exception! 10 days ago I was in another hostel in Tallinn, so I do have a very nice comparision view of hostels in Tallinn.This hostel has really an excellent character but then, it lacks the most fundamental aspect on any lodging: how the guest is treated by its staff.I could not believe how rude my questions were being addressed by the person at the reception! 16EUR hostel staff needs to learn about hospitality Nuno, from Portugal ~ 3rd Oct 2011
