This place is the only hostel ive been in that charges extra for blankets and pillows (4 Euros for both) . The staff arE NOt too keen to help. They booked out my bed on my 2nd night so I had to change beds. It was too hard for staff to fix this mistake on their behalf so i had to pack my stuff and remake another bed. It was possible to fix this but "it would mean more work" for them. They also lock you out at 12. That means even the common room shuts down. The whole hostel is off limi

The location is very good (5 minutes walking to the center) the place very clean and the staff was helpful. Especially Sabine was great and a very good listener (something really important for a reseptionist). Excellent.

Finding the hostel is a bit tricky. The hostel management should put it in a much more simpler and easier way. Apart from that, it is a good place to stay and is recommendable.

Clearly brand new. Effectively a hotel that chose to put 4 people into one hotel room. Very nice.

So, I only booked this hostel because my friend was staying there at it was short notice. Little did I know you have to pay for every little thing and it wasn't worth what you paid. The staff other then I nice young women (if you go you will know who i mean) because the rest were down right rude. Not just to me but the people a head of be, he was like back-talking them (i was thinking... isn't this your customer). But anyway. I would try and steer clear. But if you have to stay i have sure

I emailed the hostel three times before arriving, more than a week in advance, in order to cancel one of my two-day booking. They never responded. When I arrived the staff tried to charge me for both days, saying that it was my responsibility to contact the hostel and cancel any dates. I told them I did and asked them to check their email. They again tried to put the fault on my shoulders. I almost blew my top. Eventually they charged me for only the one day. I have yet to confirm whether my cre

Excellent location, facilities and very clean. However some of computer keyboards at the internet stations had keys missing or inserted in the wrong place. This can be frustrating not only when considering that not everyone is familiar with the German keyboard layout but also when a visitor urgently has to login to a website or write an email (this was my experience). I would recommend the Hostel to look into getting new, perhaps international, keyboards for their computers.
