I sleep in another part of the hotel. and the room, had no door it was a sheet and the wifi was bad. It have no reception. The two night there are no dinner... don t annonce if you dont do. Sam and Plum was so great and helpful thank! but Matteo look exhauted by is job... And I got 51 bit of something when told to the girl owner she said it was spider... I have 51 bit!! well it no so bad but it not so good... the staff really save the game! There are no locker and the lungage is not lock too. Stephanie, from Canada ~ 16th Oct 2011

The staff were really friendly and helpfull and atmosphere was good. But the rooms were average had holes in floor, mold in corners and the bathroom was extreamly dirty and wet with stains on the floor was not cleaned the whole 3 days we were their which is pretty groose considering 8 people are sharing it. This hostel is simply overpriced for what it is.It's basically a floor in a building set up with cots.There was no secure storage, no access to the kitchen, no breakfast and no heat(it was broken) all for 28 euro plus 5 euro for your sheets.Just not good value.Also, everyone that works there is transient and the whole thing feels like a bad slumber party rather than a professional business.I would avoid. jennifer, from Canada ~ 2nd Jan 2012

It's very convinient because it is near water bus stop in center.And Staffs are very kind.But, Room can't be locked. We can lockonly Hotel Entrance. And Beds are very close. But its mood isvery at home . And they should fix Entrance lock. I couldn't use key. Etsuko, from Japan ~ 5th Oct 2011

The guys who where running the place were really easy going and kind with me and my girlfriend, there was a great atmosphere, we felt kinda big family! If you want to stay in middle of Venice the hostel is a good option. Although price would be cheaper due to the beds situation and instalations is a nice place to meet people,especially if you are traveling alone. They should offer breakfast and bed shits but its not the case.Then,prepare yourself to pay more 5 euros for the shit's.
