Really near the railway and bus station. good location. clean, convenient. but the radiators do not work well, they will automatically stop working after about half an hour. so it's not very warm in the room. Yiting, from China ~ 9th Jan 2012

staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was nice, but the bed made lots of noise whenever i moved. It's right in the city centre and 3 min from the train station. I would definitely stay here again. Andrea, from Mexico ~ 9th Jun 2011

I liked the hostel and the staff there. People that come there not so much. I don't really care for Newcastle. To me this place is as good and as clean as a hostel in Newcastle can be considering the types of people that go there. Theron, from USA ~ 11th May 2011
