Very modern, clean, secure, safe...not too much interaction between guests...and the staff is less than helpful, but if you are looking for a bed to sleep in and don´t want to feel insecure, this is the place. It is a nice hostel, Great architecture.... Clean and it seems secure. It is recommended. Close to metro stations!!!! I will stayed there again. Rooms are spacious.. Air conditioning big plus....... excellent! Also big bathrooms. I have stayed in different hostels and this is up there on my list. Have to pay for lockers but you get money back after returning the key. Get your own automated key for the room and for the entrance. free sheets. Pay for towels. A little hard to find off the metro, even though its right around the corner. I wish the directions had been clearer. Very clean. Very close to the metro, so it was easy to get downtown, to the train station, etc. I'd recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a cheap and clean stay in Madrid. Julia, from USA ~ 29th Jun 2009

Most of the staff was very nice,but 1 staff when i told her that i needed to take printout she said she cant help me,she told me to walk across the street even thoughg she could have helped me to take printout in there office.hostel is ok.Also they did not show me the room and they even did not inform me reg the breakfast and chekout time. It depends on individual if they like it or not.Since the hostel is big we cant even find anyone to talk because we cant find an Nair, from India ~ 27th Jun 2009
