Please don't stay at this hostel unless you have lack of money. The staff was very friendly answering e-mails as we hadlate arrival, but the place itself is just awful. Ekaterina, from Russia ~ 1st Oct 2011

Good hostel in the heart of Florence. The lady who received us was very kind, the room we where in was normal, and it was relatively clean. But no party in this hostel, and the bathroom was only one. Francisco, from Portugal ~ 5th Sep 2011

the facilities in the hostel are very old and poor, heater can be switched on by the staff only, and it went off in 2 hours. basically, if you want any tiny thing, you have to ask the satff. and owner seem to be veryu stingy ... RUI, from China ~ 23rd Feb 2011
