I had an excellant time at the Anjali Inn. This is an ideal place for those who need to be near the airport. Rooms are small but clean. There is access to hotel internet system, at any time. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They even treated and bandaged a foot injury I had. There is inexpensive room service at all times and if required ,a car and driver to take you wherever you need to go. We really felt comfortable and welcome at Anjali Inn. If you are looking for a safe Sanctuary in amoungst the excitment of Mumbai this is the place to be! The staff are very friendly and informative on what to do and where to go. We found it to be value for money and would highly recommend it. They were great about picking us up from the airport which is included with the stay!It's a little ways from the city but if you need a place close to the airport,this place is excellent. I really enjoyed getting to know the staff,especially Anil! and they were all very helpful in helping is figure out how to see the sights in the city and can even arrange for transportation.The rooms are basic but very clean and the food is great!The were also helpfull with train tickets.I will stay here again! The customer service at Anjali Inn was wonderful, from the airport pickup to dropoff. The location is great for getting to and from the airport, but it is extremely far away from any tourist sites. It took me from an hour to two hours to get into the city. If you're planning a short stay in Mumbai and don't mind the trek, Anjali Inn is a great place.
