The receptionnist didnt speak english, There were nobody else staying in the B&B, and finally the receptionnist arrived at 8:50 to serve the breakfast though it was supposed to be between 8 and 9 in the morning. Very friendly member of staff who went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable - she even made us rain jackets out of spare bits of plastic sheeting from the kitchen. Very confortable rooms and lovely decoration - would definitely recommenend to anyone seeking easy and memorable accomodation in Verona. Isla, from Scotland ~ 26th Jul 2011
