The only thing that this place has going for it is the location. Aside from that, there's nothing really special about it."Superior" apartment has no fridge or towels as per the descriptions.you HAVE to arrive at the agreed time, some guy gives you the keys and takes your money. However, the owners just leave you alone, so if you want to invite mates over you EASILY can (if you know what I mean). the hostel is located right above a bar so it gets extremely noisy in the night - making it very difficult to get any rest. also, there is no air conditioning and there is a prevalent mosquito problem. hence, combined with the noise, i never got any rest at all and if that isnt the worst, the staff was extremely aloof - didnt even care to help at all Benedict, from Malaysia ~ 12th Aug 2011

Throughout the trip was certainly in florence italy less like to stay overnight. The reception we had at the hostel was not good, on the contrary. When we arrived we realized that the site had been contratualizado for the night was not what we were going to actually stay. We stayed one night in a not very nice and in a very suspicious. We arrived early, at about 7 or 8 am. Near the buzzer (to get in) was a phone number to call to be let in, which is excellent for those with mobile phones but difficult for those without phones or phone cards and tobacco shops that are not open! Security is poor, no place to lock up luggage in dorms. Kitchen smelled horrible and was dirty. I saw staff change bed sheets without washing or changing blanket. Staff very grumpy. Near bars, so VERY LOUD at night. WiFi good, NO BREAKFAST, NO TOWELS. Jennifer, from USA ~ 27th Jul 2011

The gentleman on staff was not very helpful, but there was a information office just a few doors down that helped us receive the information we needed.The place is noisy at night, so I would recommend bringing ear plugs.Other than that, the location is great, although a bit difficult to find.The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean.I would use it again. Although there's no staff at all and it's definetely not a place to have fun and make friends, i had a great time over there. It's located at the best place it could ever be.
