Backpackers Inn - Freo dans Cairns, Australie

I booked a week in the hostel in a 4 male dorm. The first night i didnt sleep because a guy was snoring in an opposite bed. On paper the entire room was booked, but the other 2 just left their stuff in the room and decided to sleep somewhere else. The next morning I wanted to unbook the room for the rest of the week. Instead of understanding my situation I was forced to pay for one more night due to the hostels' policy. That pissed me off, they could be considered about the situation.
