A little far away from the train station, the port and the old part of city, but in a quite area just by the side of the lake. Room is clean but couldn't be locked so we had to put everything in to the lock. Reception Hour is inconvenient. Ziye, from China ~ 8th Nov 2011

Location would be great if the walk from the train station didn't seem so sketchy at night. Lucerne is just generally expensive, but this was the cheapest place we found at the time and other than the location issue, I think we got a good value. Jerad, from USA ~ 29th Jul 2011
