What an excellent place to stay! The staff were pleasant and the room was amazing! My only issue was the wifi being in another building and having set hours to access it (11am is a little late in the day and makes it hard to plan a day trip in the morning). Even with those negative points, it was a great hostel and in a great location. I would recommend it and if I return to Venice, I will hope to stay here! This isn't a friendly place. We had to fight for an extra town. There was no toilet paper upon our arrival. Wifi is at a companion hotel nearby, but is only from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Too easy to find, but the location is ok. The entertainment room didn't work and the place was a bit dirty. I don't think the rooms have been cleaned for quite a while. It's ok, but if you have a choice, stay somewhere else. Dennis, from USA ~ 23rd Jul 2011

Bland but clean rooms.Best thing about this hostel is that it's in a great location and relatively cheap.Breakfast not included.Internet is available only until 11:30pm and it is at the associated hotel which is close by.Security is good except no individual lockers in the room.Biggest problem is that there is no social space to meet people and no kitchen for storing or cooking food.Staff at the hostel are nice but not super helpful.Staff at the associated hotel are less nice.
