Great place, just second row to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Stayed in the dorm room with the aircon in, very convenient. Good chance to get in contact with other travellers and locals. Dirk, from Germany ~ 24th Mar 2012

The staff is really awesome! so friendly and welcoming, they will do their best to help you or make you feel good. The fact they pick you up for free at the airport is amazing when you think that some more expensive hotels don't do it. The food is cheap and good, the atmosphere is very friendly, so it's easy to meet people chilling out at the bar. It's the place to go in Nadi! Caroline, from France ~ 1st Feb 2012

The staff was nice but the room and the facilities were very basic, and not too clean either. The beds were pretty uncomfortable but the worst thing was that there were BEDBUGS! That's why I really can't recommend Bamboos to anyone. Hannu, from Finland ~ 27th Dec 2011

Granted that it was not a posh place and kinda dilapidated building but you can't stay anywhere cheaper than this (and free wifi-seems like only place in Fiji that offers this). Staff and everyone else seemed to be very welcoming and friendly. My taxi from the airport and breakfast was also included in the price so I don't know how they make money. They had some good evening shows and kava ceremonies. Security is the only concern. you'll be better off leaving your valuables at the office. Ziaul, from India ~ 10th Aug 2011
