Amazing. How could you not love a hostel right by the beach. Surfing is ten bucks for half a day and is pretty much all you do in the AM besides sunbathe;) Awesome people, great times. The one thing I wasn't so keen on was the lockers...didn't like having to pay 25 cents every time I wanted to get at my stuff but it was still a great experience and the best hostel we stayed at in Cali;) Stephanie, from Canada ~ 17th Nov 2009

This place was in DIRE need of a remodel. I didnt like touching anything in the place. All the walls were dirty and sticky for some reason? The floor was two differnet types of flooring all pulled up in the middle. My matress had a large hole in it with a rusty spring sticking out. The larger blanket on the bed smelled terribly. There were holes in the walls, and rooms were small. Great place if your looking for a drunken party. You may not notice all the mess that way. Courtney, from Canada ~ 7th Aug 2009

We stayed in a four bedroom room with ensuite. The room was a decent size & the bathroom was large. All clean and comfortable. The only problem with the room was that the was no locks on the door & staff sometimes had a habit of just walking in without knocking. It's a nice area, right on the beach & close to bars. Every night the was something to do in the hostel. Everyone was easy going and fun. The hostel really made the trip. Perfect for people who like to party and socialize! Loved it.
