Best hostel I've ever stayed in better than most hotels. The location was stunning, and the staff were absolutely excellent. Very friendly, I left feeling like I was part of a big (slightly odd) family. Loved it! Zoe, from Ireland ~ 12th May 2012

Barra Beach Club is a must stay hostel. You would never really know you were living the hostel life. The atmosphere is incredible with free drinks in the evening, amazing dinners and awesome travellers. Jamie, one of the staff members, is always there to help you out with what ever you need. The staff here are amazing, especially Jaime.I thought I would stay here for just 2 nights, and stayed here for an entire week.It was a very relaxing, enjoyable time.The happy hour is super fun & the nightly meals are some of the best I had in Brazil...don't miss dinner!I made lifelong friends sitting on the deck after dinner playing games & watching the ocean.The only problem I had was with the mosquitos.They kept me up at night biting me.I would suggest bringing a mosquito net because no on Darren, from USA ~ 17th Mar 2012
