Basilica Hostel dans La Paz, Russie

The hostel is located about 1 km. from the metro station.  There are no lockers in the rooms but you can keep your valuables in the safe.  The receptionists are very nice and helpful but the woman who cleans the hostel doesn't clean it well and yells at the guests in russian ! She treats the guests like burglars that entered to her own house. This is the reason we left that hostel after a very short time.  The receptionists aware of this problem but can't do anything about the cleaner' Tomer, from Israel ~ 3rd Nov 2011

We stayed in a 4 bed dorm but guests from the 6 bed dorm have to pass through the 4 bed dorm to go in or out. There is totally no privacy in the dorm. The staffs used a torchlight to shine at the guests while they were sleeping in the middle of the night. Cleaners were unfriendly and unhappy with guests using the toilet and kitchen, always sulking and displaying unhappiness. HO, from Malaysia ~ 25th Jul 2011
