Convenient downtown location - close to Citadel and Roman Theatre. Nice, friendly, and knowledgeable staff - Leanne is an awesome lady who arranged me the best driver/tour guide to tour all around Jordan! I had a really fun, enjoyable, pleasant stay at your hostel. There is a really nice roof top terrace at the place with a cover for the sun and a great view of the city. It is nice to relax there both in the hot hours at the middle of the day and in the evenings. Rasmus, from Denmark ~ 3rd May 2011

The manager is a great guy. Very caring, excellent service, great advice for planning my trip to Jordan. Beautiful cityscape from the rooftop. Barbeque, excellent central location, good people, good fun. Great backpacker atmosphere as well people passing through from all over. Really made it feel like home. Thanks Bdeiwi! The room itself was cold, the mattresses were extremely old, the bathroom was dirty, and there was no hot water. 2 of the 3 days that I stayed at Bdeiwi Hostel in Amman, my safety and life were jeopardized. The first day, I took a tour to see Mount Nebo and the Dead Sea. The driver that the hostel arranged for my friend and I harassed us, followed us, and made untoward comments at us. Two days later, I took a tour to Aqaba. The new driver drove very erratically, braked often, didn't go over 40 Melissa, from USA ~ 22nd Apr 2011

I didn't stay here, but I was still charged a full 2-day stay after I had canceled and informed them I wouldn't be staying by e-mail. I'm definitely going to file a claim at the end of my trip, so be prepared Bdeiwi.
