Nice place but we got a "suite", which was´t integrated in te hostel, around the corner , where we didn,t feel very comfortable... the airport shuttle didnt work.
The suite that you had is actually really nice, your disconfort was because you called one night before your arrival to confirm the airport pick up instead of the 72hours we required and obviously you did not like this requirement.

Location is amazing, it's so easy to get places from the hostel. I think the location was my favorite thing about it. The staff was polite, the breakfast was always delicious (yum eggs, toast, coffee/tea). The hostel rules were a bit too much for me though, a bit too strict/not conducive to socializing. Had some issues with the hot water, but nothing too bad. Overall, a moderately comfortable stay I'd go again for the location and breakfast Monica, from USA ~ 4th Aug 2011

This place is okay! Not bad, but not great. Pictures online do not give you a realistic impression of the place. There are a lot of stairs & the rooms are small. I would suggest that you don't bring many things with you. Breakfast was good with toast, eggs & your choice of coffee or tea. I did not like the small shower, the curtain is all over you when your inside or you get the floor wet. Check In is @ 1pm so don't come too early or you will have to wait.
This comment is because you did not take the time to read the description of our hostel where you can read about the check inn time. Even is not a "bad hostel" as you wrote, why you stayed for 3 more nights and bring one more friend to stay here with you girls? Obviously if you were studying in Mexico City and have 5 pieces of luggage each of you any space will result small.

Wonderful!The staff was always more than willing to go above and beyond to help with anything they could from giving us info about local events, clubs, directions, food or simply giving us an extra towel!The staff truly made the experience at the hostel!!!A sincere and teary thank you goes out to them!Plus, they are patient and will allow you to speak Spanish w/ them...even if you do fumble over the words or have to check your dictionary a time or two.
