spiders !... the staff is nice but the girls bathroom doesn't have enough air, it's terrific after few shower, wall are black because of mushrooms... you have six beds in a dorm that should be normally used for two or four O_o . yes it is a church, great thing, but not great enough to deal with the "less" points. what a pity. louise, from France ~ 24th Sep 2011

the guy in the front desk was very rude and not polite, the bathrooms were horrible and not very clean, the bedrooms were small and cluttered, thhe common area its nice... certainly ill stay in another hostel for the next time. Maria del Mar, from Spain ~ 13th Sep 2011

Belford Hostel is in a Old Church, very nice place, very nice staff. It could be cleaner. At the private rooms, there is only one bathroom for 5 rooms, and at the dorms you can here everyone walking and talikn on the corredor. Roberto, from Brazil ~ 19th Aug 2011

We booked this hostel because we thought it would be cool to stay in an old church converted to a hostel. When we got there we realised that it was just some walls smacked up and nothing was built properly. The bathrooms were not clean and you could hear everything in the other rooms. We had a lot of fun there! The private rooms have been small but it's enough to have a place to sleep! The staff has been very friendly and cool. The free WIFI net doesn't work very good it always collapsed if more than three or four people were using it. All in all, I can recommend this hostel especially to teenagers and other youth. Nous avions une chambre privée, propre et assez calme même si on entend ce qui se passe autours (dans l'auberge). La douche etait bouché donc pleine de cheveux… Sinon expérience tres sympa de dormir dans une eglise mais a quand même 15 min a pied de princes street. Maxime, from France ~ 28th Mar 2011
