Make sure you call the hostel if you're going to be late or expect a scolding! Otherwise, the staff is pretty helpful.

The location is not on the beach, but the rest of the youth hostels are also far from it....There are two Big Brothers....This one is on JiangXiLU, and has buses to the shopping areas as well as to the beach (Numbers 2&3)...the hostel itself is very nive and has great rooms... The staff are very helpful. 3 met me at the station and the owner (I think, big loveable guy) carried my bag. The bar is the office and general chilling area. Good location and you are sure to meet some good ppl. Benedict, from England ~ 18th Jun 2009

The hostel was wery nice, and we enjoyed our stay there! It was small, but it felt like home. The staff worked really hard and helped us with everything, though the englich wasn't exellent from everyone. The location couldn't be better!
