Originally booked 4 nights, but then had to cancel one night do to being unable to find train tickets. Getting ready for a fight to get a refund, was amazed when after showing my train ticket the staff refunded without any questions or delay (a rarity in China to get a refund at all!). Pretty good over all. I speak Chinese so I can't comment on the staff's English, but they're quite friendly. Although, when I was there I had to survive on cold showers. But during the height of Summer it was actually quite comfortable. Raymond, from England ~ 22nd Jul 2011

the owner there speaks Putonghua as well as Guangdonghua, and she is quite helpful when you ask opinion. If you are from HK & not speaking PTH very well, I think this is quite a good choice. WING SHAN, from Hong Kong ~ 6th Apr 2011
