It is a great hostel, with very clean facilities and really friendly and helpful staff. The location is not the best, it takes some time to get to the city centre, but when you venture to the streets behind the hostel, you may find a charming neighbourhood with shops, grocer's, tiny local bars... The hostel was not really well located. The services (restaurants, cafetarias) nearby are a little bit further. There is no guest kitchen, only a microwaves. I didn't find the staff that helpful and nice. Maria Inês, from Portugal ~ 28th Mar 2011
