It was extremely small. There was barely enough space to put the luggage in. Also, we should have been informed when you were coming in to remove the airconditioning.

Staff were very accommodating. Good, relatively safe neighborhood. In-room refs were a plus. However, small conveniences such as a trash bin in the room and a fully functional fan were missed.

The staff went above and beyond making sure we were aware of the best places to go, and explaining subway and tour options. THey were willing to wait for us despite a late arrival due to delays.

Location - Spanish Harlem Im not of the same color as most of the surrounding area however, I didn\'t feel uncomfortable at ANY time. Staff was EXCELLENT! Included in stay was sheets, pillows, towels, small TV, and a mini frig and thats more than you need for a hostel stay and I even stayed an extra night. If in NYC check out Blue Donkey Bar in Upper West Side, we had a blast!

Excellent location... just two blocks from subway line 6... the personnel very friendly and the area was safe even it didn't looked that way at first sight... not very nice but ok just to sleep, take a shower and go

You stay in individual apartments so there is no hostel atmosphere. The bathrooms are pretty mouldy and the tv only works on 2 channels in our apartment anyway. Was ok for a few nights. Is close to subway station and area was safe at night, even for lone females.

Todo estuvo muy bien, la habitación un poco pequeña pero perfecta para dormir y ya. Aunque no nos toco que hicieran la limpieza de nuestar habitación, los baños siempre limpios. Buenisima ubicación (cerca Times Square y Central Park) y el barrio es tranquilo, se puede llegar hasta muy tarde sin ningun problema. Super recomendable!!!!
