I booked a private room for two which exceeded my expectations in every respect, especially the view of the dead sea from the balcony. Close to a public beach and to the Ein Gedi trail, and a 20 minute bus ride south to Masada. Staff was helpful and polite. The included breakfast buffet was also very good. The only negative thing (for some people) might be that there aren't many options for dinner: the hostel buffet, a kiosk 5 minutes away on foot, or a restaurant on a kibbutz 3 km. away. the staff was not helpful at all. "is there an atm" "no not here" "where is it then" "at the kibbutz" "where is that" "down the road" "how do i get there?" The place was amazing! The rooms were similar to villas and the entire location was kept very clean. The food was also delicious and the staff was courteous and professional. The was one particular gentleman at the front desk that went out of his way to help us. I enjoyed my stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone. Laura, from USA ~ 17th Aug 2009

This place was really good, we had a great room with a big balcony with view to the sea. The airco was working properly, the beds were clean and the staff very helpfull, we cannot think of any negative commend on the place.
