The place is ok- it's a cheap place to stay while exploring Paris. The area is not so great, so just be smart about how you handle yourself and your affairs. The rooms get quite stuffy, and be forewarned that if you are a girl traveling alone, the chances of you being the only girl in a mixed room is quite great- this happened to me 4 out of the 5 nights I was there. Overall, I have nothing to complain about.

Nous avons été très décus de cette auberge. Le quartier fait peur

In front of the métro. Near Monmatre. Perfect location but everything else was simply no good, no poor, just average, like most of the cheap hostels.

Rooms were decent. Showers decent. Bathroom decent. Nothing special, but nothing horrible. No locker. Security not very good -- simply say you need to get to the baggage room and they will give you the key. I actually enjoyed my stay until the last day when they gave away my room with no notice and sent me to a hotel that supposedly had opening (it didn't). They provided no useful help at all.

This Hostel was horrible to my group. A reservation was made for my friends and they were told late at 11:00 pm that that would not be able to stay the night, so they contemplated sleeping in the train station before heading to an expensive hotel. I would recommend staying elsewhere regardless of the slightly higher cost of a good hostel. Sketchy part of town, staff rude and not friendly- there are much better places to stay in Paris. Run away as quickly as possible. Run!

No Bfast, just very simple and basic, quite disapointed, but the only good thing is that it is located near the train stations...

quite dirty, right next to the metro but as a girl traveling by herself I felt very unsafe. I was followed down the streets and constantly harassed. Only one shower and bathroom per floor.
