A gem! Wonderful place to stay although not a backpacker's haven. Single room excellent-big & clean. I would stay here with my mom. Jeannie & Joe speak great English, extremely helpful. Location is perfect for getting around, night market across the street, many shops, eateries, supermarket 10 mins away. Airport shuttle & taxi there easy, entrance on left side of building when facing it, elevator to 4th floor. Li Cruise & Rice terrace tours great. Thank you Jeannie & Joe! Good location, easy to get taxi & bus, food stalls & restaurant just 3 mins walk. Staff is polite & helpful. Triple room is quite small & no place to hang our cloths. Even though many power socket in the room but only 1 or 2 can be used. Ong, from Malaysia ~ 13th Oct 2011

The location ofthe Hostel is really in the centre of the city. They are a night market just across the street as well as the bus stop , so we found very easy to go everywhere since Guilin also a small city.
