The place mostly fit my expectations based on the previous reviews--very large, clean, central location, helpful staff, very secure. I had no trouble meeting friends just by hanging out in the common room making conversation with random people. This was the first hostel I have stayed at and I was alone. Looking back, I would definitely go back. I had some reservations about hostels, but was not uncomfortable here. The staff is friendly, the building seems quite safe, the location couldn't be better and I didn't have any issues with cleanliness.
