Towels were too small and they werent clean, but when i complained about it, friendly staff member gave me new, clean and bigger towels. Cloth cabins in the room were in bad shape. I thought this was a great place to stay. Evertything to see in Amsterdam is walking distance from Han's, those that say other wise are just just being lazy. Staff is really helpful and accommodating. If you eat at the restaurant you will find that prices are more than just for the portions given to you. there is also a happy hour on beer from 5-6pm at the bar, made it to the happy hour and had a blast just talking to the staff/new friends (thnks Bret and Sebastian, you guys were awsom Cristian, from USA ~ 1st Sep 2009

staff was a little rude, except the guys from the bar (really nice). the lockers aren´t very good (mine was broken and you could open it), the good things are, a good location (about 10 - 15 minutes from the central station), the pub (they have a happy hour, very cheap) and the disco they have on the basement. Very clean and comfortable and good value for money given central location. Breakfast could be better and lockers in rooms should be replaced. Overall very good though Edward, from England ~ 12th Aug 2009
