Your confirmation was no good and not received at all. They had NO rooms available when we arrived and we had to share a dormitory with 6 people. Also, it was difficult to gain entry. After ringing the doorbell for about 15 minutes they finally answerd. This place is fine but your reservation system is absolutely NO GOOD. Hans
