The owners are very friendly. Even though their English is not very good, they tried best to understand and help. There's even a printer, so you can use their computer and print things. The hostel is a bit too far from the center. About 20 minutes walk. Good shower, hot water, decent breakfast. Zhong, from USA ~ 7th Feb 2012

Excellent hostel.This hostel is like a Chilenean home.There are pictures of the children of the owners and the furniture has a warm character.The private room was very beautiful with a lot of space.The hostel was always available via email,also before our arrival and helped us to organize a bus to Ushuaia in Argentina, which we had not expected,as we were staying just one night.Got breakfast in the early morning with cheese and ham.We would have liked to stay longer at this nice,safe place! A bit far from town center (20 minutes walk) but with nice and helpful staff. Everything is clean and dorms are as good as private rooms. Breakfast is OK, therefore I would recommend it for those who look a quiet place with no pretentions. Fran, from France ~ 2nd Nov 2011
