Hostal Florencio dans Venice, Espagne

We were put into the wrong wrong with no air conditioning or fan or en-suite as advertised, had to argue for over half an hour to finally be given a fan. changed rooms the next day and the air conditioning still didn't work. we were promised a free air port transfer to reconcile, after arranging this the night before our departure we showed up at 7am to find no bus or taxi and the staff didn't know anything about this transfer so we received no compensation.
