i'm a backpacker and lived in rustic huts and cabanas but this place is AWFUL and disgusting! Extremely Dirty, at the end of a dark street, ventilation deficient, and mattrees was covered with blood spots which brings a high potential of bug bites. I would PAY not to go back there! This hostel is more like an apartment building with separate rooms and shared baths- not really dorms. I have stayed there many times and the price is right as well as the owner and his assistant are very nice. Robert, from USA ~ 15th Sep 2011

Probably the dirtiest hostel where I've ever stayed but for this price it is perfect. The showers and the toilet is inside the room without a door, so it is like the ancient Sparta in Greece :) it's far from the beach but you can get to the beach quite fast by cheap buses. There`s no air condition, the water is slowly running, the stuff is very friendly but doesn`t speak English.. it takes around 15 min by bus to get to the beach.But it`s worth for it`s price.. anyway, you just sleep there)) Ksenia, from Russia ~ 16th Aug 2011

cheapest hostel i've ever been to. the place was very clean for the price though. but the area was a bit dodgy and it was very hard to find. also it's nothing like a hostel, no common room, no real dorms. it's more like a really cheap hotel. i booked a 2bed dorm and even had my own room. so if you are several people it's a really good place to stay, for single travellers i think it's really boring since there is no hostel atmosphere at all. the 2 gentlemen from the reception were very friendly.
