Hostel Tamka dans Warsaw, Poland

I´m dissapointed in this hostel! I made a resevation for my 3 non-polish friends to have a 3-persons room ensuit. But they got a dorm without bathroom! I also had paid the deposit charge, which they didn´t get back at arrival! Very dishonest staff! Sofia, from Sweden ~ 26th Jun 2009

This hostel is pretty basic, but clean and with enough space. It is about 10 minutes to the old town area and there is a bus stop right down the street. There is 24 hour reception and the staff are very helpful with suggesstions. Breakfast includes toast/cheeses/jams/butter/cereals/coffee tea. There is a free washing machine downstairs. Water and beverages are sold downstairs for less than $1 US. Would stay again. Deborah, from USA ~ 5th Jun 2009

Our first night the employee working the overnight shift rudely played her music extremely loud so that it could be heard all over the hostel. She also had friends over, having a party with alcohol is plain view. This was extremely disrespectful to the people staying at the hostel and very unprofessional. Ashley, from USA ~ 21st Apr 2009

1. The stay was excellent, the most I like the best is breakfast. You know, having a vacation is not very good for health sometimes (just kidding), though it's time to relax... and you wake up in the morning with a heavy head not worrying about cooking or at least feeding yourself. Everything is done for you, a little effort and you're happy again. Thanks a lot. 2.
