People were extremely friendly, it was like one big family everyone is very easy-going and fun. Stunning view and great food. House owner, Conrad, is very chill and is always willing to help. Rooms are a little tight and facilities are average but for what you pay it's not bad at all. Overall a great experience. Olivia, from USA ~ 20th Jan 2012

A view like theirs would cost hundreds of dollars in California. I think I paid $10. It sits halfway between Quepos and the entrance to Manuel Antonio. There are shuttles but it isn't too tough a walk. They threw a hostel X-mas party which was cool and communal. carl, from USA ~ 28th Dec 2011

Vista Serena has a great deck/patio where everyone hangs outs and congregates. The patio also has an awesome view of the ocean that you can enjoy in either one of the many hammocks or tables. Great food prepared by the hostel owner himself, Conrad. Alex, from USA ~ 6th Jan 2012
